Fire Muster

The whole family got to ride inside one of the fire engines.

Sam and his buddy Ethan stand in front of the fire station.

We got to ride on top one of the old fire engines, I think Sam liked the one
where we rode inside. Lauren could care less, she loved them both.

Lauren loved to wave at all the fire engines going by.

Papa and Grandma Florida are visiting

Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit the last couple of days, we had a lot of fun. We played
Candyland, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball and read a lot of books. We sure kept them busy.
We even made a trip to Mazomanie.

More pictures from Bar Harbor

I was sick of waiting, so I stuck my hand in the water and got dinner myself.

Atlantic Brewing Co. - Ed and I thought they did a pretty good job, but testing
is the best part.

Our Vacation to Bar Harbor, ME

We are back from a week of relaxation in Bar Harbor, ME. We went on vacation with our friends from Indianapolis, Ed and Rachel Kilroy. Here are some pictures from the week.

Here is the sunset cruise we took on the Margret Todd, the only 4 sail Schooner in Bar Harbor.

Cadilac Mountain is the first place to see the sunrise in the United States, we woke up
at 4am (yes, 4am) and headed up the mountain.

Lobster Fest....the girl's were ready.

Ed, get's caught by captain hook. The captain must not have liked the triple bogey he
took on hole #5. Julie ended up beating us all.

We went on the lobster boat to see how things are done....nice catch.

Here is the cottage we stayed at in Bar Harbor, we were only 10 min. from downtown.

Ed wanted to do the Coastal Kayak tours around the Porcupine Islands, I was a little nervous at first but it turned out to be awesome. 3.5 nautical miles in Fisherman's Bay, we even got to see a bald eagle.

The reverse falls in Hancock.

The girls really wanted to see the Atlantic Brewing Company...ok, maybe Ed and
I really wanted to see it.
Just some other pictures of the trip...there are more to come.
